Summary: Love everything about this hotel! Everytime I come it gets better. I truly will only go to this hotel when I’m in Jersey. Room service delivered to your room quick, loveeeee the shower and the bed is comfy, late check out, the list goes on. 10/10

Summary: There was a sewer odor in the bathroom emanating from the drain I told front desk attendant who was very rude about it She did send maintenance up The gentleman arrived with a bucket of soapy water to pour down the drain and mentioned it is a frequent occurrence It helped for a few hours but smell returned

Summary: Housekeeping not provided one day after specifically asking the front desk supervisor, Dawn, who confirmed that it would be done. Water pressure in shower inadequate and took a long time to rinse. Shower soap, shampoo and conditioner were never refilled and ran out. When we requested a late check out we were told it would cost $25 for one hour. On the other hand, we were very pleased with the evening desk staff, Jessica and Ollie. They were very pleasant and accommodating.

Summary: Nicely decorated hotel in the lobby. Welcoming and friendly. There is a cigar area, pool table, a little store with snacks and a bar with a TV. Very cozy. My room om the 4th floor could have ad some art work. Looks like they were renovating so they get a pass. I liked the bathroom areas very different than most places. The sink is right at the front door. The room was spacious. Had alot of places to store belongings. It had a safe. I wish hotels would invest in a small thing of toothpaste with the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and bars of soap. Lol The hotel definitely needs some up keep. Hallways need paint rooms have some things I had to call downstairs to let them know It was broke b4 I got there. Lol im thinking when you book through a third party website they give you the rooms that need the most work. They should change that. Lol overall I would stay here again for the comfort and the see other room options.
